Description:

The Anti-drifting welding rotator is including 1drive rotator, 1idler rotator, control cabinet & pendant controller.
The drive roller bed is driven by heavy duty AC motors which is designed according to internationally proven specifications to ensure constant speed with outer balance load of 15%.
Roller center distance could be manually adjusted by reserved screw bolt, so as to suitable for various tank diameter.
The AC Inverter comes with a remote control panel / operator pendant with interlocking reversing systems operating at temperatures in excess of 60%.
The wheel of the welding rotator is forging steel.
The operation is with a remote controller.
